If you cancel within 48 hours you can be subject to charges for the full amount of the service depending on circumstances

If you no show you can be subject to charges for the full amount of the service

If you come with less than 30% of your lashes, there's a possibility of charging for a full set because of the work required to fill all the missing lashes

If you come with makeup on or dirty lashes it is possible that your extensions will not last as long as they normally would, the artist is NOT responsible

Appointments that are 20 minutes late will be required to reschedule as this is a time sensitive service and there will be a fee for the reservation

We do not issue refunds if clients are dissatisfied with the outcome but we will do our best to accommodate each client.
